After a career working in the restaurant industry, she felt the pull of the kitchen and decided in 2018 to change her life. Destination Ferrandi Paris<\/strong>, where she obtained her CAP P\u00e2tisserie (French vocational qualification in pastry).<\/p>

As a child, Lisa spent hours in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother.
