Located in the heart of the Saint-Jean district, this bakery is a haven for pink pralines. Here, they don't do things by halves, but rather by pure, artisanal generosity. The Praline Tart (The Must-Try): Considered by many to be the best in town, its crust is thin and its praline filling is meltingly soft, glossy, and an intense ruby red. Pure, unadulterated pleasure. The Praline Brioche: Less famous than Pralus's Praluline but just as authentic, it's studded with pink sugar nuggets that caramelize during baking.
