Walk: In the footsteps of René Leynaud – Heritage Days 2026

A journey evoking the life of the poet and resistance fighter René Leynaud

For the 2026 European Heritage Days, the Théâtre des Marronniers offers a literary walk and an evocative route around Place Bellecour, linking various places related to the life of René Leynaud, poet, journalist and resistance fighter assassinated by the Nazis in 1944.

This guided walk is led by writer Michel Kneubuhler and actor Damien Gouy. Participants are welcomed from 9:30 am in the theatre foyer for a 10:00 am departure.
