Navigone will take you on a river journey connecting Vaise (Industry), a dynamic district in full metamorphosis, up to the confluence of the Rhône and the Saône. But the fun doesn't stop there! Two strategic stops in the heart of the Peninsula will open the doors to Lyon's treasures for you:
- Quai Saint-Vincent: “Get off here and let yourself be charmed by the immediate proximity of the Saint-Vincent footbridge, an ideal starting point for exploring the Old Lyon and its cobbled streets steeped in history.

Inauguration of the Navigône
THE June 18, 2025 saw the official inauguration of the Navigône river shuttles on the Saône., a landmark event for the city of Lyon. Operated by RATP Dev on behalf of SYTRAL Mobilités, this new service now offers a low-carbon, smooth, and pleasant mode of travel in the heart of the city center. During the ceremony, the presence of metropolitan elected officials and technical partners highlighted the collaborative dimension of the project, designed in line with the Urban Travel Plan and the Metropolitan Charter with VNF: orga.setec.fr.
To begin this pilot phase, two temporary boats have been put into service, while the first 100 % electric catamarans — with a capacity of around 70 passengers and bicycles — are expected between October 2025 and April 2026, thus reinforcing the ambition of exemplary river mobility integrated into the TCL network.
